点评：Money comes before the well-being of customers. I do not recommend this company!
My husband and kids were on a parasailing trip. We were told that they would be in the air for about 20 minutes, with no other information provided.
They kept bringing more people onto the boat so that the company could organize as many flights as possible before the winds gets too strong. The trip ended up lasting 2 hours! In the hottest part of the day, 2 hours without water, sunscreen, or any shade from the sun is incredibly irresponsible.
The family didn’t enjoy the trip, and I received back sunburned and unwell family members who suffered last holiday days from heat exhaustion.
While waiting for my family to return, I overheard one employee yelling at another employee very loudly because he hadn’t gotten the next customers to the dock quickly enough for the next trip. "Time is money, the guys should already be ready at the dock!"
I absolutely do not recommend this company. I believe there are safer companies in Protaras that operate responsibly, putting customers’ well-being first.
