Sadly the service level has gone down. Won't be returning.

点评：Unfortunately the entire experience has gone down so much it is now only massage (still good!) I can still call good.
Comparing to a year before:
- the packages now offer LESS procedures yet at a higher price!
- the booking itself was extremely awkward - admin (same voice as year ago) couldn't even find the offer clearly stated on a website and had to deal with HQ first represented like "separate units". The entire tone explaining this made me feel even guilty I dared to bothered but was promised a call back.
- after 3 days of no update whatsoever I ended up placing an order myself through 3rd party website (all spa offers) at even better value yet still nowhere close as year ago.. If not my upcoming birthday, and if other spa's option nearby, honestly, I wouldn't even bother anymore..
- the entire atmosphere of a SPA has just faded. And it is not a positivity you can sense in the air
- and when staff just marches into the lounge room (literally like elephant in a rush) where you are meant to relax after procedures... seriously whyyy, why on earth would you do that ?
- and at the final, forced to sit at allocated table NEXT to reception, in your wet robe with messed up hair and face waiting 40 min (!!) for pre-booked afternoon tea finally to arrive.. wasn't enjoyable time either. And the entire presentation just have gone down as well.
It doesnt feel great to write a negative feedback but at least it is HONEST one and hopefully will be taken as a chance for improvement and only.
Dear management, is your staff paid fairly ? Maybe THAT might uplift the entire vibe because honestly it is NOT enjoyable. People pay A LOT of money to come here and it's not just a gym, it's a SPA. Did I feel like being in one? Sadly not anymore..
Truly disappointed and won't visit again.
