A Lifesaver — We won’t plan another trip to Greece without them

点评：You could do it yourself, but you won’t do it as well as Eleni and the team at Mamakita. We travel to Greece most years with our grade-school age kids. Until this year, we dug in and spent the time to organize our activities as we traveled around Greece. Never again. Working with Eleni was like having a dedicated local cousin who has a tip for everything. That said, Eleni was more than patient and willing to answer our many detailed questions. To start, Eleni redirected us from a region in Greece that is better suited to older kids. From there, she was willing to work with our preferred hotels and destinations. Our base this year was Costa Navarino, and Eleni and the team came up with the right program to keep us engaged, but not overwhelmed. Her tour providers were knowledgeable, cosmopolitan and all around great (and fun) hosts. For the inevitable one or two last-minute changes, the team effortlessly updated our schedule and were available even late into the evening to help coordinate pickups and drop offs. Overall, a fantastic experience in the Peloponnese. Our Athens itinerary, however, stands out for the difference that it made to be connected to the right tour guides at the various museums that we visited. Take for example the Museum of Ancient Technology — a real gem. But our guide made all of the difference in ensuring that our whole family was 101% engaged throughout our visit. Bravo, Eleni and Team. We look forward to next year.
