A lovely royal home but all a bit disorganised.
Osborne House的点评
点评：A lovely royal house set in beautiful grounds with a wonderful view across the water to Portsmouth. We are EH members so it was worth a visit - however, the organisation of the visit for customers could definitely be improved. There was one long queue (through the shop!) to enter - if the space was re-organised there could be a queue for 'members only' to allow for quicker access. It was annoying to wait whilst people were sorting out their payments, would they join conversations etc. EH is always promoting joining them on an annual basis, so seeing a faster queue could help sell your product!!
The staff were polite and helped to keep people moving through the many rooms. Much more information could have been provided in general eg about the relationship of V&A, how they met, what he died from, how the current Royal family is related to Victoria etc and each room should have more than 1 information 'notice', as everyone is slowed by having to read the one available A4 sheet.
Overall, a pleasant day out.
