点评：I travelled to Cappadocia and Istanbul in October this year with my elderly sister who has some minor mobility issues. Fatih Topal from Lotis Blue travels came highly recommended and organised my entire trip. I had some special requests regarding my itinerary, my transport, my hotel stay, English speaking guides, dietary requirements and some excursions I wanted booked in advance. Fatih was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to all my queries.
He ensured the itinerary was exactly how I wanted to explore Türkiye. He arranged air conditioned vans for transport on most days except for when we did a walking tour of Istanbul. He even took special care and arranged English speaking women tour guides who were extremely professional and very accommodating of our every need. The hotels chosen were excellent both in Cappadocia and Istanbul. We had requested vegetarian meals during the day and the tour guides were able to find excellent vegetarian Turkish restaurants both in Cappadocia and Istanbul. We were keen to go on a Hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and Fatih was able arrange this for us with the local hot air balloon companies in advance. What an experience that was!!
What I really liked about Fatih was his professionalism and care to every detail. He even sent me a video and written instruction of how to collect my bags and come out of gate 14 at Istanbul airport where my driver was waiting for me. We had two tour guides by the same name, Fatma at Cappadocia and Fatma in Istanbul. They were both very knowledgeable and both helped me and my sister move smoothly through the rough terrains of Cappadocia and the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. A few unexpected treats were also added to the trip such as a visit to the Chinar carpet store and Chez Ghalib pottery store in Cappadocia and Taksim square in Istanbul which were not originally part of our itinerary! Fatih also managed to suggest a good restaurant within walking distance from our hotel in Istanbul at short notice and reserved a table for us.Fatih was like a genie for us…fulfilling our every wish! I would love to go back to Türkiye and would like Fatih to help me organise my next trip!
