Multiways safari experience was a letdown. Pius, the leader of the group was not professional, & drove dangerously.

No briefing… constantly on the radio with peers, unlike the safari experience we had in Kenya.
Pius was driving very slowly at first, & when we asked him to speed up saying there are wildlives we can pass given we have seen quite a variety in Kenya. Pius got upset and said we should switch vehicle if we think he drove too slowly.
He also said that getting the river too early he will not be responsible if we missed the crossing. (???)
That is puzzling, we know we could not hold him responsible on river crossing anyway bec it is by chance. But we also know by spending longer time at the river there is better odds.
We did not communicate much after as he started to drive crazy fast to the extend of driving dangerously.
Anyway when we did go over to wait on river crossing, he waited and switched several locations and subsequently left. after driving a while we asked if he was looking for diff part of the river to wait? he said we had left & on the way to the lodge. basically, he did not bother to communicate at all.
subsequently we had flat tyre, because he was driving so fast.
overall Tanzania safari experience was a let down, considering the potential it has to offer. Multiways was not sensitive to clients needs, and disregards it was a rare and pricey opportunity for us to make such trips. We wish we have chosen a different safari operator.
