Thr perfect place to burn some toddler energy

点评：My husband and I stopped here on the way down to Devon to give our toddler (15 months) a proper break. We were just in time to meet and feed the animals, which our little one loved watching (he's a bit small to feed them himself), he also enjoyed stroking the guinea pigs and rabbits. Then we went into the playbarn - it's huge! Loads of indoor seating and high chairs which was great. The toilets were big and gender neutral with lots of changing spots which made nappy changes easier.
The climbing frame for older kids was really cool although he was too young for it yet.
The under 4s area was a great size had lots to do and even some indoor swings!
There was a lovely peaceful sensory space for upto 18 months and them during our time there, music time started followed by story time, which is included in entry! Although LO is a bit young yet to join in, I thought it was great.
Outside there are lots more animals including pony's, pigs (and piglets!), sheep (and lambs!) and cows (and calves!). There is a small woodland to explore and some really fun looking outdoor play equipment for bigger kids.
The food was average but they had some good options for a light lunch and lots of snack options for children too which was good. We had a jacket potato and some pizza. We also enjoyed some lovely cakes.
There is a farm shop but we didn't stop to look around, as well as a slightly quieter coffee shop for those visiting the shop.
We had a great time and the stop really wore LO out before the second leg of our journey.
