Royal Dornoch Golf Club的点评
点评：We visited for lunch as we were staying in the adjacent Royal Golf Hotel.
On this occasion we were not playing as my husband is injured.
We were greeted (I use the word loosely) by a very rude female member of staff who made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable.
We were asked firstly if we had booked : No
Then, if we had played : No
Then, well are you members : No
She then says "On this occasion I will say yes"
I might add, there was more than one or two free tables.
Maybe a simple 'For future reference it would be advisable to book in advance" should have been her line.
We were seated within ear shot of this staff member, we were not only ones to experience her rudeness.
On a more positive note, the clubhouse is impressive and the food reasonable.
BUT Royal Dornoch you need to address your restaurant greeters attitude to your guests or you will be losing custom.
