A nice way to spend some time

点评：After a great lunch at "Auberge du Port" we went for a walk. First a bit heading west along the Loire. Even though a weekend and a wonderful sunny day there were only a handful of people.
Soon we entered the State Park, coming in from the west side. There are several tracks and paths leading trough the woodland. Some more narrow, some easy and flat (suitable for strollers and wheelchairs). In the end they all lead to the Chateau grounds, which is on the smaller side. But here the Park and the grounds are the sights, less the Chateau. Wonderful scenery, nice architecture around the Chateau, a big playground, picnic spots. And on top behind the Chateau a small park and the town hall.
It's a really nice spot to have a nice walk or just to spend an hour or two. Lots of green, lots of peace and quiet. Especially a bit further away from the Chateau and the playground you really almost have the park for yourselves. We really did enjoy it here. And so did our Bulldog.
