点评：My husband and I went on this trip to three different areas within Costa Rica. In total, we were there for 10 days and went to La Fortuna area, up in the mountains of Monteverde, and on the beach area of Nosara. We let Alex and Francisco know what we were interested in, what was most important to us and they crafted an incredible trip for us. Each of our drivers and our guides were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and gracious. They went above and beyond, stopping to allow us to get beautiful pictures of the scenery, keeping an eye out for a particular animals that we might miss, sharing their expertise of what makes this land so special. Each place we stayed was quite magnificent in its own way, both in beauty and also in commitment to the environment. We heard many times from our various guides about the importance of living in relationship with nature and the steps that Costa Rica is taking to help make that happen. The best places we ate at came from the suggestions of our guides, this was how we ended up eating delicious food we would’ve missed if we ate only at the places that catered to tourists. Alex and Francisco’s team was available throughout our entire trip as we checked in and they checked on us to make sure that all was as we wanted it to be. Each special request that we had was given thought and care.When our flight home was abruptly canceled, not only did they find a place for us to stay in the midst of High season in a very small area, one of their drivers was gracious enough to take us on a morning tour of the area, a beautiful waterfall, and ending with a meal at one of his favorite places to eat breakfast. I cannot recommend Tachiz Travel highly enough. They truly created a trip of a lifetime for us.
