Don't do Costa Rica without Tachiz Travel!!!

点评：Francisco and Alex from Tachiz Travel will not steer you wrong for a perfect vacation in the beautiful Costa Rica. I have not used a travel agent in years, but I am so glad I did. We made the most of our short vacation. Our only regret is not staying longer.
When we had only a vague idea of what we wanted to do, the Tachiz bros gave us great suggestions using their insider knowledge and many years in the travel business. It was a very personal experience and they put the time in to make sure we were happy. One specific thing that made a huge difference was suggesting that we stay in one area due to our short trip. We are so glad we did not try to travel around too much. There was definitely more than enough to see in the Manuel Antonio area for our 4 days of activities.
I was amazed that Alex and his lovely wife, Fiorella, met us at the airport and gave us a sweet "welcome" gift. They even waited for my son to arrive on a separate flight while the driver took us to lunch. After we were settling in to the vacation, they kept track of what we were scheduled for and confirrmed our tours, drivers, and experiences. They checked in with us to make sure we were having a good time and had no problems. Alex and Francisco were always accessible by WhatsApp for any issues (which we had one prior to the trip when I realized my adult daughter needed diet accomodations at the hotel and experiences). Oh yah, and we asked about what clothes to wear for the ATV at the last minute and they responded right away. They gave us great restaurant recs too.
I highly recommend the Parador Resort in Manuel Antonio and our excurions including surf lessons, whitewater rafting, ATV tour to waterfalls, and guided tour in the MA nat'l park. I managed to see every animal that Costa Rica is known for (and most of those were close encounters at the hotel). I am already considering returning to Costa Rica and will call up Tachiz Travel. Pura Vida.
