Misled title calling Luxury Escape

点评：It is very misleading calling themselves Luxury Escapes.
It is just another travel agent who doesn’t seem to be in full control of anything.
Poor service and support staff were unable to give answers or rectify any problems when asked.
We had experienced travelling with them , given run of the house rooms until We complained. From Vietnam to Cambodia, our guide left us to fend for ourselves to walk across check points and security. A fair distance walk with our luggage!
I thought I’ll give them another chance and book another trip with them.
Wish I hadn’t but money paid.
No service and call back were useless as they are unable to give more info than what you can see yourself on your account.
The problem is they try to grow too big too quickly and loosing control of the business.
Customers like us would go back with Insight Vacations where every thing is taken care of like in business class or First class with Luxury Gold .
Beware of your bookings tour with Lux Escapes as some of them are with Trafalgar tours or others non luxury tour groups.

像我们这样的客户会选择 Insight Vacations，在那里，一切都安排妥当，就像享受商务舱或头等舱的奢华金卡服务一样。
