World-class museum, would go back for a guided tour
普拉多国家博物馆的点评
点评：My husband and I visited The Prado on a Wednesday in late March 2025 during our honeymoon. We initially tried for one of the free evening slots but the line was literally wrapped around the building. Buying tickets online was easy and we added an audio guide.
The audio guide was nice, but we ended up mainly using the app it came with as a reference to ensure we hit the main spots. I visited the Louvre years ago and the Prado is absolutely in the same level.
Be sure to take advantage of the coat check (or lockers), use a bathroom as soon as you see one (some were under reno), and go all the way to the top. The "treasures" attic room was very different from the rest.
Overall, we had fun finding artists we knew and a lot more we didn't. My husband liked to spot the dogs in painting corners, if you have kids or ADHD people to keep entertained.
