Typically French, rude, not willing to help and inefficient. At no point they put themselves in the customer shoes.
I’ve booked 2 tickets for Siegfried at the end of January 2026. Because it is so far ahead and the tickets are a birthday gift for my friend who lives in the US, I decided to take the cancellation insurance; which offers an option to cancel without having to provide any proof.
After several calls to different numbers, an email and messages on the platform (had to create an account completely separately from the opera), my request was plainly denied without any explanation even if the insurance representative asked me for the “exact” reason of the cancellation and I had to expose some personal details about my friend’s life.
This service costs £21/ticket and then cancellation for personal reasons are subject to another 20% commission..
Not worth the money for such poor service.
