点评：We paid £210 for our tour, including a child. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this did not feel like good value or a worthwhile experience.
We had a message a few days before, saying that the vintage van was not guaranteed as it is old and that is in their T&Cs. We did say we really wanted the van and were staying all week, if we could change to a day when the van was guaranteed, as we could see lots of availability online - they never replied so we assumed we would be having the Van. Needless to say we didn’t get the van, but a 4x4 and there was no explanation given (the temperature was 28° and overcast). Disappointing, but glad if the air con!
We booked an English speaking tour. Our guide was very good, an employee of the tour company who also worked in harvesting and as a sommelier. There were 3 of us in our party and another couple. He gave a lot of explanation about the different ‘climat’ or terroir of each producer. There was a helpful map in the car of the region to follow.
However, overall it felt very rushed and he was obviously on a strict timescale - 2 brief stops in lay-bys, one for a photo. We visited Phillippe Lecerc for a tasting - tastings here are usually €10 or free if you buy a bottle. The wine was excellent from €24 to €100. Looking online there is a cellar and a collection of wine-related objects, but we didn’t have any info about the producer etc or a tour. We were just seated at the back of a bar, surrounded by creepy taxidermy and given 5 reds to taste. Must add - The sommelier was very kind and charming.
Ourselves and the other couple were surprised there were no whites to taste. It seems a real shame not to have an opportunity to taste the famous white burgundy - especially as three out of the four adults preferred whites. It wasn’t mentioned in any communication or until the tasting that we would only taste reds. We were also a bit surprised that the driver participated in the tasting!
Us and the other couple both felt obliged to buy a bottle, but I think they were disappointed we didn’t buy more.
Later that week we took a super efficient train to Beaune and an €12 Uber to one of the chateaux. Had a wonderful tour of the cellar and learnt about how they produce the wine (which we didn’t learn on the tour) and the terroir in similar detail to the tour, followed by a £13 tasting. Yes it was busy, but less rushed - more atmospheric and much better value, including a wider range of wines.
If you have a car (or bike), you can just drive along the same lanes that we did towards Nuits St George along the Grand Cru route, stopping right next to the grapes and taking photos. We didn’t find out anything that isn’t available online and we certainly didn’t get a unique experience. There are also plenty of ‘Cave’ along the route for degustation.
I guess with this tour you’re paying for the experience of the Van, which we didn’t have and a semi-private tour. However, you still feel like you’re on a tourist treadmill - one group in and one out. Better to create your own agenda.

不过整体行程显得十分仓促，显然他受到严格的时间限制——只中途在休息区停了两次，其中一次是为了拍照。我们还去菲利普·勒塞尔（Phillippe Lecerc）那里品酒：通常这里的品酒服务需支付10欧元的费用，不过购买一瓶葡萄酒后便可免费品酒。这里的葡萄酒品质上乘，价格从24欧元到100欧元不等。在网上可以查到，那里还有一个酒窖以及一系列与葡萄酒相关的藏品。不过我们没有任何关于酿酒师、酒庄信息或品酒之旅的相关资料。我们只是被安排在酒吧的后面，周围摆满了怪异的标本，然后被提供了5款红葡萄酒来品鉴。必须补充一点——那位侍酒师非常友善且迷人。
我们和另一对夫妇都很惊讶居然没有白葡萄酒可以品鉴。没能有机会品尝著名的勃艮第白葡萄酒实在可惜——毕竟四个人中有三个都更喜欢白葡萄酒。在任何宣传资料中，甚至直到品酒会开始时才提到我们只品尝红葡萄酒。我们还挺惊讶的，司机也参与了品酒！

如果你有车（或自行车），可以沿着我们所走的路线，沿着特级园路线前往夜圣乔治，途中随时在葡萄园旁停车拍照。我们并没有了解到任何网上查不到的信息，也完全没有获得什么独特的体验。沿途还有很多“酒窖”可供品酒。
我想参加这个旅行团就是要为使用那辆豪华巴士的体验以及半私人化的 tour 付费吧，不过我们并未享受到这些。尽管如此，你仍然感觉自己就像被困在旅游业的循环模式里——一群人进去，另一群人出来。还是自己安排行程更好。
