点评:BEWARE the people are friendly BUT something happened that really pissed me off. I was approached by an employee telling me there would be a demostration in 10 minutes 2 flights up. I asked, "Is it in English?" He said yes with barely an accent, BUT after sitting and waiting for 10 miutes the person doing the demo started speaking in geman which was fine. When he finished I asked "what about English?" He said the demo isn't in English. This pissed me off because I had a set of translation ear buds in my back pack, but they required we store our purses in a locker. Needless to say I didn't have them. After the demo I went to the front deak and told them the problem. I was going to be here for another week and a half and wanted to come back and see the demo. Helpful employees tried to assist, but the manager they called said I would have to pay again! An employees made an unintentional mistake and his manager didn't support him!!!
