点评：Should have been better
First off muddy boots stale cheese scones and suasage rolls from marks and Spencer’s which are good but £4.75???
As for the hall the history is great and staff extremely knowledgable but not enough information available eg who are in the portraits? Had to ask the guides which is nice for interaction but if they are busy talking to others you kind of miss out just some free standing plaques or small plates under paintings would help
Also I feel not enough of the house available obviously some of the best rooms but not all open
The RAF museum is fantastic however I feel they have missed a trick with maybe a small gifts stand for RAF or RBL donations etc
There are lots of information lots of things I hadn’t known about the squadron based at Oulton so good to know hopefully plans to expand it
Also main restaurant needs to be bigger and more efficient we left and went to nearby Aylsham garden centre for lunch which is fantastic
Not much info in the house about the Anne Boleyn who was allegedly born at Blickling
It’s just says at the entrance that she may have been born there
Yet there are lots of references in the shop with books about her etc??
