点评：What was supposed to be a relaxing glass-bottom boat tour in beautiful Barbados turned into an absolute nightmare.
About halfway through the trip, while we were peacefully admiring the reef and marine life, the captain—who seemed more focused on joking with passengers than actually steering—slammed the boat directly into a sea turtle. Yes, a real, live sea turtle. It was horrifying.
The sound of the impact was sickening. The glass bottom cracked, passengers screamed, and the poor turtle thrashed beneath us. It was obvious the captain either wasn't paying attention or had no clue how to safely navigate around wildlife. There was no apology, no professionalism, just a shrug and some comment about "nature being unpredictable." Are you kidding?
Children were crying. Adults were visibly shaken. And worst of all, the captain didn’t even stop the boat to check on the turtle—we just kept going like it was nothing.
If you care at all about marine life or basic safety, do not take this tour. This was easily one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Shameful.
