Worst spa I’ve ever visited

点评：Never left a review before but thought this needs one.
From the jacuzzi not working all day but still charging full spa day price.
The grumpy older woman on the gym reception needs to consider retirement or finding a job she enjoys. I was there 4 hours and she never smiled once. Wasn’t welcoming. I asked about the jacuzzi, she said “the place needs bulldozing and rebuilding”
When walking up to a treatment I heard her and a male colleague say “no wonder she hasn’t lost weight if she isn’t going by the plan set for her”
I asked do you do additional passes as thinking to bring my partner next time she said “we’ll have head office emailed you one, if not then no” I was just wondering if I can pay for someone to come along but not on a spa package.
The place is filthy. Carpets up the stairs to the treatment rooms need hoovering, under the loungers are dusty. Some of the loungers are literally falling apart.
On my way back to the car I heard from what looks like a smoking zone for the staff “he was just standing there in his towel. He didn’t realise I meant lay underneath it” laughing.
Never experienced anything like this.
