Extremely rude/bait and switch

点评：I visited here with my family today, expecting a cool novel experience and left in anger and disappointment.
Our glass blower David, a rude glass blower from Australia, was impatient from the beginning and acted as if it was our privilege to be graced by his presence. We brought a photographer friend by (who got approval ahead of time) to take pictures of us, and David was immediately rude to her. We all humored him and allowed him his foibles even as he answered our questions with curt, smart ass responses. When he started admonishing my son for not understanding him (we are all native English speakers and NONE of his could understand his rude unintelligible speech), that was a line too far. When I politely asked him to be more patient with his guests, he basically showed us the door.
DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS! Not only was the guy BEYOND RUDE, it’s a bait and switch — this is NOT an experience where you get to actually do anything beyond watching a demo.
We left the establishment in utter shock and disgust at being treated worse than any experience we’ve ever had in 30+ years of travel across over 50 countries.
