Undelivered package and no refund, they took my money...

Before placing the order, I read that the delivery would take 3-5 business days.
Ten days have passed since July 31, and my order has been in Germany for 7 days now.
I filled out the form on the site but did not receive a response. I also wrote on Facebook and called twice.
Now I'm writing to Terranova's international chat in Italian because no one from Bulgaria is answering, and the international support only knows Italian.
I paid for a product that I ordered before traveling based on the 3-5 business day delivery timeframe.
The order status shows that it is in Germany, and it is unclear when it will arrive.
I requested a refund, but they have not responded. They take your money, and you receive nothing. This is a scam. I am contacting a consumer protection agency to report this scam.
I am beyond disappointed.
