Poor signage and bag storage!

点评：My wife and I came here on way to airport as we had loads of time! I read on the website there was case storage and it all sounded very user friendly - unfortunately that was NOT my experience!
There was NO storage for our suitcases that I could find when I got off the train and NO customer services either!
After walking into the main square I asked in several shops and NO one had a clue either if there was storage or not!
I eventually found security personnel and they were equally unhelpful - not that they were unfriendly - they just didn’t know!!
There’s no doubt it’s a lively spot, easily accessed by train, loads of restaurants and loads of shops too but it wasn’t practical to walk about with heavy bags and it wasn’t at all obvious where to leave them!! The obvious place would be when you get off the train!
On the website they say they are all about customer experience yet the signage is very poor in my opinion and a customer services sign/office should be one of the first things you see since the place is so big!
Update!! I found a sweet shop at the start close to train who was charging €10 per bag but this was not mentioned on the website so I have no idea if they are just trying to make some money or if this was the so called official storage area! All in all quite disappointed!
