点评:Beyond rude staff member, assuming it was a manager… she offered no grace or a helpful additude and basically just said no entry or help and told us to leave and go back down the hill to some service desk she did not specify. Mind you that is a 30 minute walk and with somebody asthmatic in our group we were relying on the bus for long distance. Essentially we got down to the castle after waiting for two buses worth of people, which but us behind 40 minutes unbeknownst to us. There’s a lack of transparency on how long it would take to get up to the castle from the parking area, with the notion that it was 30 minutes from Google Maps. Well, we thought we gave ourselves plenty of time. Nothing on the website said anything. On top of that, the tickets on the website we bought in advance all at once had something weird wrong with them. They were all supposed to be for 9:10 AM, and for some reason two of them had different times. Seems like there was some sort of glitch with the website that did that. We selected 9:10 am!
And regardless of our situation regarding that, when we reached the entrance of the castle the ticket checker guy seemed confused and a little stressed out and actually seemed like he wanted to help us, but his manager was the exact opposite! She basically told us to go away and go look for help elsewhere. Somebody should let her go if she keeps this up! As someone who works in tourism and customer service myself, I’m appalled by this behavior and I’m disappointed we didn’t get to go in. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but acting like that certainly turns people away and makes other ls have a bad day.
At least we got to see the castle from the outside.

至少我们还是从外面看到了城堡。
