Gorilla Habituation Experience Is The Way To Go - Spend The Extra Money Its Worth It!!!

点评：Where do I even begin. Our experience at the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest was amazing. My friend and I chose to do the Gorilla Habituation Experience and I highly recommend everyone to do the same. There are two choices the normal trekking and the habituation experience.
Even though the habituation experience is more expensive the experience is definitely worth it. However, it is an experience for the physically fit and active individual. We hiked into the forest with a guide, security (primarily for roaming elephants who may not be the friendliest) and porters to meet with the trekkers for over an hour, we were hiking through the bush with the security guard hacking down bushes with a machete in front of us, not an easy thing but boy once you find your gorilla family it all makes sense. We then spent four hours with our gorilla family as opposed to the one hour you get with the gorilla trekking. If you are traveling all of the way to Uganda to see the gorillas DO THE HABITUATION.
For the habituation experience you are a group of four rather than a group of 8 and it just makes the experience and atmosphere that more special. For four hours we were within feet of gorillas and a silverback ( word of warning seeing a silverback in the wild for the first time, is breathtaking and for someone who chats a lot I own this opinion haha).
I highly recommend this and already trying to plan this ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience again.
