点评：On 3rd June 2025 I attended thisgym hoping to take part in;
"Senior Strength & Conditioning
Gentle weights class for the over 50s and those returning to exercise. Light weights and bodyweight used to work all the muscle groups and core to tone, maintain and mobilize the muscles to say strong and active. A whole-body session at your own intensity that will build strength and improve conditioning."
After being sold a ticket for the class by someone who presumably has some idea of the product they're selling then presenting my ticket to another person, who presumably knows what type of class it is, I gained entry to the gym. On seeing the instructor I was told it was unsuitable for me as I hadn't suffered a stroke. The class had been renamed & was for stroke victims - but not on the website.
Fair enough, a complete waste of a morning, but I'll go back to the counter & get a refund for the class & £2 parking fee.
The first person couldn't do refunds so sent me to the second person who did refund me for the class but appeared to think it was a huge favour. I was told to contact the car park owners for a refund & we both agreed that a refund would never be made by them. I told her I didn't have an issue with the parking it was the product that they'd missold me that had resulted in me being out of pocket. I suggested she pay me a £2 'goodwill gesture.' No goodwill gesture was forthcoming.
I really poor example of customer service.
