Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Colchester, Kingsford Park的点评
点评：I came for a spa day about 4 months ago at Kingsford Park with my daughter and overall we had a nice day but there were a few pointers that I included that spoiled the overall enjoyment of it. After leaving my review I received a reply from Bannatyne and after a few emails followed by a phone call we were offered an apology and the opportunity to re-take our day again, I didn't write the review even thinking about getting this offer, I just wasn't going to return there, it was just an honest review of our day, but we did accept the offer and returned and I'm so glad because it was such a better experience ( Kareema was an amazing therapist and ensured our treatments were 5*) Faith restored I booked again and returned yesterday for a spa day with a friend and we had an amazing day! Kelly and Julie were our therapists and were outstanding! Polite, welcoming and experienced in their field, all rooms were lovely and warm and ready.
Breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely, the waiting staff worked hard and they were extremely polite and helpful, I'm already looking to return in November. My friend who was with me and had not been before had such a good experience she is planning on bringing her daughter and daughter in law now, Well done Bannatyne for your customer care. Thank you all ! :)
