点评：My wife and I visited Noel on a VERY rainy day in September of 2023. We called ahead and made a reservation for a certain date and time. When we arrived, our expectations were dashed as there was no one else there save for one car. We walked into what we thought was the entrance, called out "Hello" and there was Noel amidst an array of beekers doing his testing. He invited us in and gave us an excellent review of the history of Ireland and the area as we sipped ample samples of their very fine whiskey. Afterwards he gave us a tour of the place and his final words to us were "Would you like one for the road?" Needless to say, my wife drove back to our rental.
This whiskey is of fine quality. At the time, their cask requirements were unaffordable to us but, HIGH MARKS for quaity. That's for sure!!!!
If I knew 10 or twenty people who loved whickey as much as I do, I wold have put in for a 30% cask.
