珍妮约翰斯顿大船及饥荒博物馆的点评
点评：Me and 2 friends visited the Jeanie Johnston ship on our short few days in Dublin.
I already had a keen interest in American history and Ireland’s role in it so I was excited to visit the ship to learn about its role in Irish immigration to the USA. Also getting to go on a (replicated) old ship was very cool.
Our tour guide Gearoid was filled with knowledge. I asked quite a lot of questions and he always had the answer. He also knew about transportation of convicts to Australia which I had an interest in. Thank you Gearoid for really exemplifying the experience.
We were very pleased to have visited as we didn’t have a lot of time in Dublin and I recommend visiting to all who are in Dublin. It is worth especially to book a joint ticket for the ship and the EPIC Irish Immigration Museum to save a few Euros too which we also loved.
