Interesting walk often with plenty of wildlife to see

点评：Carpark at the entrance or drive to an alternative park less than a mile up the track.
The walk is circular and we took the route up the road along the top of the valley. You soon come to a pathway leading down into the valley. At the bottom follow the waterway that leads to a river with turtles in it.
There is a short climb back up to the road eventually.
Cross the bridge, swing around and follow the river on the other side. Alternatively, swing right and there is a track that goes further into the valley. I'm not sure if it is a one way route and you'd have to double back.
Following the valley road you soon come across the river again with the little waterfalls and the roped stepping stone bridge.
If you stay on the same side without crossing, after a few minutes you swing around and start heading to the stepping stones but on the other side.
The path goes upwards and eventually the circular route is completed at the main road just a few hundred yards from the carpark.
Walk up the hill and after 5 or 10 minutes you'll see the carpark again.
Butterflies included Spanish Gatekeeper, Southern Gatekeeper, Clouded Yellows, Cleopatras, Meadow Brown, Wall, and some Skippers. Swallowtails. Blue Spot Hairstreak butterflies in abundance. Southern Brown Argus.
