点评：Definitely the most disappointing activity we've had in vietnam... The prices on the boat were outrageous. 100k for a beer, 1 to 3 millions for a bottle of wine and you need to pay to get water or a simple filtered coffee during the meals. We managed to buy a cheaper bottle of wine from a lady that came to us on a little boat but guess what... they charged us an hidden corkage fee of 200k at the end of the cruise...
The food was okay but still, they did not systematically refill the plates at the buffet when a dish was finished, so we were not able to take all the food we wanted and there was often a lack of fruit for example.
The room was as expected with a nice view of the halong bay (fyi there is a lot of food trash floating on the bay, probably thrown out by cruise ships, which takes away a lot of beauty from the place). On the other hand, the mini fridge was broken as was a ceramic tile in the bathroom on which we could have cut ourselves. Wifi was poor, only worked half the time and was not available in the rooms...only in the common area.
Finally, we arrived on the boat 45 minutes later than planned. Obviously, when it came to departure, we respected the schedule to the minute, ensuring that for a "two-day" cruise we only spent 20 hours on the boat.
In conclusion, the only thing "luxury" about this cruise were the prices they ask us to pay on the boat... Would'nt recommand at all. I've heard that the prices of beverages were a lot cheaper on other ships, which could have improved our experience...
Fyi, this is my first negative review ever on an app like this. I generally have a high tolerance threshold and am aware of the difficulties of meeting the requirements of each client. on the other hand, here, I simply had the impression that they wanted to empty my wallet as much as possible.
