点评：We booked a Sainte Anne Islands excursion with a man named Robert, who promised a full-day trip (9AM–5PM), a glass-bottom boat, reef shark sightings, and a proper lunch buffet with vegan options. He said he would meet us at the harbor and personally guide us.
We arrived at 9AM as instructed—no one was there. Several people at the harbor warned us that Robert is a scammer and not a serious operator. He never showed up, never answered his phone, and ignored all messages.
At 10AM, a woman named Maria finally approached us. We told her we hadn’t heard from Robert—she showed zero concern, didn’t apologize, and just asked for the money.
Despite confirming our vegan dietary needs twice, there were no vegetables or fruits at the “buffet.” We couldn’t eat anything. The meal was served in a township, with no proper facilities—not the promised buffet experience.
We were also told we’d see reef sharks, but once on the boat, the skipper informed us there are none in the area we were going to. And it was not a glass-bottom boat as promised.
Instead of a full day, the trip started at 10:30AM and we were brought back before 3PM.
Overall, this experience was dishonest, disorganized, and completely disappointing. Avoid booking with Robert.
