Unreliable, don’t book a morning appointment!

点评：This place wants to be high end but they just aren’t. I booked a 9:00 pedicure, arrived at 8:50 and was brought to the relaxation room. At 9:15 I went out to the desk and the receptionist was on the phone. Someone else said do you have an appointment? I said yes I’ve been here for a while and my appointment was at 9:00. The receptionist then came back to tell me the technician had overslept (I guess she was honest but that didn’t really make me feel any better). They did not have anyone to cover and so after I had driven 30 minutes there and sat for 15 minutes past my appointment time without them knowing their employee wasn’t even there, it was a waste of time and I left. They did apologize and gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure which I probably won’t use. While in the relaxation room there was another customer who also had a 9:00 appointment and commented on how they must be running late. Her technician came walking in to work at 9:07. It appears that management doesn’t hold there staff accountable to get to work on time. It’s unfortunate, it’s a cute place.
