Not handicapped personal wheelchair friendly.

点评：If you are handicapped this is not the place for you. The hills are huge! If you have your own motorized wheelchair, don't use it. Rent one at the zoo! The pathways to Amazon building are broken up with huge tree roots. They are marked with pain, but will dump you off your chair or just turn it over. I had to walk my chair up 3 of the hills. The 4th we both gave up. They brought the wheelchair tram over and took me back to the gate. Going down some of the hills the blacktop pulls you to the steepest part of the path and tries to dump you. Not much to see after the struggle to get to some of the places . Nothing really in the discover center. Everything was off exhibit. The reptile house i didn't see any snakes, lizards really worth my time of going in. Oh the reptile building is the only building with a handicapped door button in the whole park. Be prepared to open your own doors if by your self. The animals that were out did come over to see. They were as interested in me as I was them. The zoo is clean. Staff friendly. If you can walk, this is a good place. If you can't walk, rent the scooter!!!! Only saw 3 heavy duty scooters so if it is a busy time of year /day, go early.
