Outstanding visit and Outstanding wines!

点评：My wife and I had a wonderful morning touring the winery and tasting some remarkable wines. Our day started with Gianna, the owner and winemaker, giving us a tour of the facilities and explaining the process. She was incredibly gracious with her time. Then we met with Beatrice for the tastings. She had us experience the contrast between the 2012 and 2017 Brunellos which had similar growing seasons. The 2012 was hitting on all cylinders and was outstanding. The 2017 was also outstanding but didn't have the experience (age) yet but we could see where it will possibly be in another 5 years. I can't say enough good things about both Gianna and Beatrice. When we were finished Beatrice even called to schedule another visit and lunch at a different winery since we had the time. We visited numerous wineries while in Tuscany (big and small) but our visit to Col di Lamo stood above the others for the genuine hospitality and beautiful and impeccably made wines. Grazie Mille to both Gianna and Beatrice. We will return on our next visit to Tuscany and we would highly recommend to others. The 2012 Brunello was the best wine we had during our entire 14 days in Italy.
