WALK INS ABSOLUTELY UNWELCOME

点评：Walk ins not welcome by the new management. Book to guarantee a seat. We learned the hard way. Sat at a table at 5.30pm which was reserved for 7pm. Great. . . . . until a staff member changed the sign to 6.00pm with no explanation. Rude.
I went for a second drink for my wife and I and was approached by the floor manager to ‘tell’ me our table will be going at 6.00pm. I expressed my objections ( naturally) only to be ejected via door staff, embarrassing and unnecessary actions.
We have supported Luna Blu on quiet Sundays for around 6 years now.
Disgusting behaviour from management who clearly made mistakes and to cover their errors had the customer ( my wife and I) ‘kicked out’.
Needless to say a visit won’t be happening from us in the long term.
We will be sure to inform our ‘many’ friends in Yarm.
My wife preferred Luna Blu as it was a quiet venue but this occurrence has left us feeling somewhat bitter.
AVOID AS THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS IN YARM WITH STAFF WHO ARE MUCH MORE COURTEOUS.
Mockingbird, 14 Drops. Just as a caveat it appears that as we are over 30 years old Luna Blu are not fans and so treat middle aged folks as fodder and unwelcome.
