点评：AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
False allegations were made about my husband and I claiming we left the premises and refused to pay. We paid the balance of our bill after the so called ‘manager’ deducted £25 as we had a gift voucher. LUNA BLU HAVE PLASTERED CCTV PHOTOS ON PUB WATCH of my husband and I saying we did not pay. This is entirely untrue and an unfair attempt at defamation of our character. The voucher we had was given a as a gift for my birthday. According to their system, the voucher expired in July despite there being NO EXPIRY DATE STATED ON THE VOUCHER, OR ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The manager repeatedly blamed the purchaser of the voucher saying it was there responsibility to let us know when it expired as, apparently, it says this on the email WHICH WE NEVER GOT AS IT WAS A GIFT. The ‘manager’ has then gone on to blame a third party company for producing the voucher that they apparently are unable to modify (ie add an expiry date too).
THIS HAS HAPPENED TO 4 OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY.
This CANNOT go on. Luna blu used to be a fantastic venue but it’s just issue after issue every time I or anyone I know visits. I WILL NOT BE VISITING EVER AGAIN.
