点评:I'm writing this review with deep concern after a very distressing experience at this park. My partner sustained a serious injury at the park, tearing three or more ligaments, which has resulted in them being off work for a minimum of six months a life-altering consequence.
Despite the severity of the injury, we were shocked and disappointed by how the situation was handled by the park’s staff and management. No incident report was carried out at the time, which is a critical breach of basic safety protocol. The staff present appeared very young and inadequately trained to handle emergencies or support injured guests appropriately.
What has made this even more difficult is the park’s refusal to take any responsibility we’ve received no medical assistance, financial support, or even a basic follow-up. Additionally, they have refused to engage regarding public liability, leaving us to deal with the significant emotional, physical, and financial aftermath.
While adventure parks come with an element of risk, it is the duty of the operators to ensure safety procedures are followed, staff are trained, and accidents are handled with care, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
I hope this review prompts this park to take a serious look at their incident handling protocols, staff training, and customer care practices not just for us, but to protect others from experiencing similar trauma.
I would not recommend this park until clear changes are made to prioritise guest safety and accountability.
