Beautiful location but unattentive staff

点评：We attended during school holidays. There is an admission fee of $42 even if you do not engage in any activity. My daughter is 9 but quite tall for her age and usually brave and like challenges. This was our first time so we had no idea how dangerous this experience can be. The ticketing staff did not explain things properly and because she met the height requirements, we paid for the Grand Tree Surfing experience by paying $80.
They have 5 levels and my daughter was finding it quite hard on the first level itself as the wooden planks were wobbly and too far apart. The staff just guide you at the very beginning and afterwards nowhere to be found. When my daughter was distressed, I ran to call for help where one staff member said he isnt in charge of that area and to call someone else. Anyway the staff from the designated area came and assisted. When you are in the middle of a particular level, there is no way that you could stop half way and get off. My daughter was terrified and did not want to even try the other levels. If we knew about this earlier, we wouldnt have gone to this place to begin with. It was a waste of money.
