Pre-paid for a Meal, Got Threats and an Empty Plate Instead

点评：We paid in advance for the "restaurant" package, not expecting a five-star gala, but at the very least expecting to be fed. We were sorely disappointed.
Despite having our money upfront, the stadium failed on every basic level of hospitality:
The Wait: It took over an hour and three separate attempts just to get our first round of drinks to the table.
The "Sold Out" Dinner: After waiting over two hours for our food, we were finally told they didn't have the items we had ordered—despite the fact we had already paid for the privilege of eating there.
The Management: When we asked for a resolution, the manager was a completely disinterested individual. Instead of a refund or an apology, they suggested involving the police in a thinly failed attempt at intimidation.
It is genuinely bizarre to suggest calling the authorities just because a customer is asking for the meal they already bought.
We left hungry, frustrated, and insulted. If you want a night at the dogs, stick to the terraces—the restaurant is an absolute shambles.
