点评：At first, the price for Fprez seemed a bit higher than other quotes. But honestly, after everything that happened, it was a total bargain! Here’s why:
Our driver, Fabio, was brilliant from start to finish, especially since our flight into Heathrow Terminal 5 was delayed. He was right on time. What really impressed us was how he kept in touch. Even before we left the airplane on our way to Cambridge, Fabio texted to say he was there and waiting. That took a load off our minds! He then waited for us for over two and a half hours because of the airport delay, and didn't charge us extra.
The car for our trip to Cambridge was spotless and really comfy. They even had bottled water and some nice snacks for us, which was great after traveling. Fabio even offered to grab us a coffee. Having Wi-Fi in the car on the way to Cambridge was handy too. The quiet classic music playing made the journey feel a bit fancy!
Fabio himself was a top bloke – always friendly and happy to chat. Because he kept us in the loop and was so helpful, we felt really looked after on our way to Cambridge. The car was really comfortable, and the drive to Cambridge was super smooth.
Basically, Fprez Executive Transfer, especially with Fabio, is top-notch. They really go the extra mile, being patient, making you comfy with things like snacks, and just being really nice. If you need a transfer in Cambridge or anywhere around, we definitely recommend them and will be using them again for sure!
