点评：Good when it works but if they make a mistake you're on your own!
We used to top Santiago for seven different transfers through Portuguese Camino
Today they delivered to the wrong address, a property with a similar name 3kms away.
The communication was atrocious the attempt to retrieve our bags was inadequate because they only collected one bag with a taxi and didn't tell us they had done that.
That Taxi took a bag to a locked apartment door where there was a risk that it had been left on the street and we had no way of knowing.
They didn't confirm where it was and we had two taxi rides ourselves, a lot of walking and a lot of stress and total silence from top Santiago.
They were quite good over our trip but twice emailed labels with incorrect delivery addresses on them.
And today they delivered to the incorrect address.
Also on two of our trips they charged double saying that the bags had further to Travel.
This wasn't mentioned at any point on their website and given that they do this all the time they know full well but the charges are so could easily detail the part of the journey that has double cost.
