Devvrat Yoga Sangha的点评
点评：I cannot recommend Devvrat Yoga Sangha highly enough.
After a career teaching in special needs schools for 19 years, I was incredibly nervous heading off to Varkala, India by myself to embark upon my yoga teacher training course.
As soon as I arrived at DYS, I was greeted with the most warm and friendly welcome. I instantly felt safe, supported and intrigued to start the course.
From the very first Ashtanga class taught by Devvrat, to the most beautiful closing ceremony, I can genuinely say, that my whole experience at Devvrat Yoga Sangha was magical.
I found the course incredibly enjoyable, but also very challenging. It pushed me both mentally and physically, which I think added to my love of the whole experience. It opened me to new possibilities.
The food was exceptional! Completely delicious sattvic breakfasts, lunches and dinners to look forward to every day, and I absolutely loved warming spicy chai each morning.
The accommodation was beautiful. I had everything I needed. It was beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable to relax in, and also for studying during the evenings. A five minute walk from the most stunning beaches, it really is a magical spot.
Devvrat is inspiring. His knowledge, sense of humour and kindness shone through the whole time I was there.
I honestly feel so lucky to have completed my yoga teacher training at DYS. It has enabled me to set up my own yoga shala back home in Devon, England, where I teach yoga every day.
I am eternally grateful!
