点评:Me and my son we are both autistic, so when I went in and paid, I asked for the discount they have for people with disabilities. My son is also adhd so he is a runner and I have to keep my eye on him every second. We paid for 3 games, with the same lady at the discounted rate. The 4th game, a different lady came and she charged us the full amount. I only saw after as stressed as my son was pulling me left and right and threw me to the ground at some point. When I told them they charged us the full rate, the manager refused to pay back the difference. (1.5 pounds). When I asked him why he said I had to tell the lady about the discount. I told him I didn't know I had to tell everyone individually every time I paid. This is the second time they overcharge us. The worst service ever especially as I've told him I'm autistic and because I have high anxiety I only noticed the price after I paid. With the music extra loud and my son running everywhere I was extremely overwhelmed and distressed. However he refused completely. What a disgrace. It's not the 1.5 £, it is the principle. I'm never going back. Disgusting treatment.
