点评：Newtown Brewery delivered a relaxed and lively Friday night. The music, the conversations, and the steady flow of people create a place where you feel part of the community the moment you walk in. I saw some negative reviews about kids, but my experience was the total opposite. Families were enjoying time together, kids were hanging out at tables and playing games, and the atmosphere stayed friendly and easygoing. Live music kicked off around 6:00 PM and set the mood for a fun night. You see happy groups of all ages and plenty of welcoming faces. Don't listen to the people who complain about kids - they are definitely wrong.
El Toro Serrano parked outside and delivered solid Southern and Mexican options. We came in from Phoenix, AZ, and the food impressed us. The grilled veggie bowl and the carne asada quesadilla were great, and the tomatillo salsa added the right kick. The food paired well with the beers, ciders, and other drinks on tap. The bartenders were warm and attentive, and the regulars were quick to start a conversation. You feel welcomed here, whether you live nearby or you are visiting from out of town.
If I lived closer, I would take home a few cans or a growler. Newtown Brewery is a fun, easygoing spot for anyone looking for good drinks, good food, and a positive vibe.
