点评：I had a fantastic experience at the Aether Private Terminal at Manchester Airport. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by Darren, who even called ahead of my arrival to check everything was okay as I was running late — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the visit.
Once inside, I was looked after by Sally and Kat, who served me drinks with genuine warmth and professionalism. I was treated to a delicious breakfast bap, accompanied by an incredible spicy tomato ketchup, a perfectly made latte, and a Grey Goose and Coke.
To top it all off, Natalie drove me to the gate in a sleek BMW i7, maintaining the same friendly and professional standard. The entire team was polite, attentive, and made the experience feel truly premium.
The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the timing of the transfer to the gate. I was taken over roughly an hour before departure, which seemed a little too early, especially for those using the service to save time and arrive closer to their flight. While I understand this may be standard procedure to account for aircraft movement and scheduling, a more flexible approach — perhaps aiming for 30 minutes prior — would enhance the convenience and value of the service. That said, this seems more like a procedural issue rather than a reflection of the team I dealt with, who were excellent throughout.
Overall, an outstanding service that I would happily recommend!
