点评：ALOTAU Port Rocky Bay Village Tours Excellent Tour $100 AUD Each
We had arrived via Cruise Ship Carnival Encounter on 2nd May 2025
I had Organised this Tour before I left home Brisbane via Communication on WhatsAop. Easy to communicate. PAID on the day. Very easy to find the tour They were waiting for us as we left the Ship. Travelled in Truck (See Photos below). Went for a quick tour of town and then drove approx 1 hour to the Family Village. Exactly what was advertised. Very welcoming. Excellent Snorkelling Only 15 people on tour. If you want to spend your day in ALOTAU highly recommend this tour. Also because you are out of town you can escape the heat and humidity. This was my 3rd time in ALOTAU and there is nothing in town apart from Milne Bay memorial. So if you want to have authentic experience This in my opinion is what you should do. Lovely drive there and back and plenty of time at the village. Be aware this is The Local Family Village and this is their home (It is Very Remote) You get to meet the whole family. Lunch provided Coconuts and Fresh seafood (Fish dishes) and Fresh Fruit all grown and caught themselves. They also take you to view their ancestors Skulls. Didn’t get to Limestone Cave to see Bats and Fossilised Clam shells(Cave entrance is very narrow) My brother did go to the entrance and see some more skulls but didn’t go inside the cave itself. Thank you to everyone on the Day that looked after us and made us feel so welcome Letitia and Trevor Kelly.
