点评：Cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful project! The whole experience is second to none from wonderful staff in each location to all the places themselves! We stayed in an Airbnb about 5 minutes from Bishop Auckland and parked in North Bondgate car park . Although it says short stay (£2) it’s also a long stay for£4
Go for10am to the Palace ( it opens then) which is absolutely lovely and such lovely staff then you are ready for 10.30 when everything else opens😊We bought the Palace Key Pass as that gives you entry into everything- it is £30 and it lasts a year. The Palace is spectacular so very interesting and the guides in the rooms are knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs The Palace is accessible as there are lifts to all floors. The museums and Art Galleries are not to be missed and a trip up the wooden tower is a must. We ate at El Castillo the Tapas restaurant and it amazing. Everywhere is very near to each other and everything is totally accessible for those with wheelchairs or walkers - I’ve never seen such enormous lifts or disabled loos.! The gardens are beautiful even though it’s autumn
We spent three days there and loved every moment. We will be back !
