点评：We arrived at 1.10 for our 1.15 BOOKED Fathers Day in the field, Burger Bar/Pizza experience. We were greeted at the entrance and asked if we had a booking. Yes we replied we do have a booked for our family of 4, only to be told that the field was full and they were turning away anyone who hadn’t booked. We were told we could eat in the tap room. Why had they given away our booking, no apology or explanation. So we parked up and joined the large queue outside of the tap room. After 10 minutes my husband went inside to front of the queue to realise we were in the food ordering queue. A helpful lady looked up our booking and realised someone else was sitting at our table in the tap room. She asked us to sit and a different table. We went over to the table we presumed but it only had 3 chairs and not enough room around the table to sit comfortably. This confused us and we wondered if we had got it wrong. When my husband went to go back to the bar area to check we had the right table a man who was serving another customer a pint of ale shouted across the room that we must sit where we had been told and we cannot move tables. To be spoken to rudely after poor management left us in the situation in the first place was not acceptable. It looked to us that management were getting greedy and not worrying about the customer experience. We decided to leave as we had also been told of the long wait for food. We would not return.
