Too many rules , no maps

点评：Disappointed with the overkill of rules in the welcome pack. It is unnecessary. It made us feel uneasy. So much so that I took photos of every angle of the pod upon leaving in case they charged us. Yes they had a breakdown of costs right down to the pillow covers.
We are regular campers and glampers and it was rather odd to notice they didn't have a site map in the welcome pack. Even though it was disclosed in our instructions letter that there would be maps.
I asked for one in the Tap room. There was a laminated one but only allowed to take a photo of it. Then given a large folded map which would would pull out to cover a table. Which wasn't ideal. It could have been very easy to walk on private property without proper direction.
And we were not told that there was a private function at the Tap room on the Saturday. Not in our welcome email and not mentioned at check in. We asked about eating times for the weekend and we were given the times. Still no mention of the private function. We had an August itinerary of the Tap room in our welcome pack. We just thought it was a mistake and did not think to ask for a September one.
We returned from our hike to the Gardiners Arms (great hike by the way!) thinking we could have burgers and beer and cider at the Tap room to be then told we couldn't come in because of the private function.
We could not drive any where as we had a couple of drinks. So we did not eat anything substantial. Other than what we brought to the pod.
And the logs were damp. We could not light a fire or the wood fire hot tub.
When checking out , we wanted to give them feedback. But they were not present.
We left disappointed and hungry!
What a shame. This place has so much potential to be amazing. As the glamping pods are stunning and clean with fabulous views. I have read some reviews stating that management is poor. And well, I have to agree. And I won't be coming back.

我们喝了几杯酒，所以没法开车去任何地方。所以除了带到舱里的东西外，我们什么正餐都没吃。
而且木柴很潮湿。我们没法生火，也没法用木柴加热热水浴缸。
退房的时候，我们想给他们反馈一下，但他们不在。
我们失望又饿地离开了！
真可惜。这个地方很有潜力成为很棒的地方。因为豪华露营舱很漂亮，很干净，景色也很棒。我读过一些评论，说管理很差。好吧，我不得不同意。而且我不会再来了。
