A highly informative and pleasurable tour of this Suffolk Estate

点评：Attended the wine and woodland tour. Exceptionally informative guided tour of the woodland and vineyard.
Sam was passionate and knowledgeable about maintaining the integrity of his families estate through sensitive environmental management of the eco system. Evelyn is clearly a highly trained wine professional who had a superb knowledge of both the growing and production of the estates wines.
After the tour we sat in a lovely warm and covered barn area and were given a number of their home produced wines to sample . All were delicious. The area also had a new pizza stall where you can purchase amazing thin crust pizzas. An extremely pleasant and well organised informative morning. I would highly recommend.
